Returns
You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as when you received it.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team. Once your return is approved, we’ll provide instructions on how to send your item back.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item, please return the original product and place a new order on LuxuriouslyEssentials.com.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately. We’ll work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.

Shipping Returns
You’ll be responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong or damaged item). We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we can’t guarantee receipt of returned items.

Non-Returnable Items
Certain items, such as gift cards or final sale products, cannot be returned.
